Breathe, Move, Rest, Return

Welcome
A practice that meets you where you are
My name is Tarin. I teach traditional Hatha yoga, chair yoga and meditation in Brisbane and online, for complete beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
Every session is shaped around the people in the room: your body, your energy that day, and what you need from the practice. Expect warmth, patience and gentle encouragement, never pressure.

Getting Started
How It Works
Three small steps from here to your first session. No commitment until you are ready.
- 01
Say hello
Send a short message through the contact form, or call. Tell me a little about yourself and what you are hoping for.
- 02
We talk it through
I reply personally to arrange a time, ask about any injuries or mobility concerns, and decide together whether in person or online suits you best.
- 03
Your first session
Bring a mat and comfortable clothes. Everything else, including modifications for every pose, is taken care of.
“Yoga is not about touching your toes, it's about what you learn on the way down.”
