\n \n My name is Tarin and I live in Brisbane, recently moved from Chiang Mai, Thailand. I am a certified yoga instructor. I believe that yoga is a powerful tool for transforming the mind, body, and spirit, and I am passionate about sharing this practice with others.

My journey with yoga began ten years ago. Through consistent practice, I discovered the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of yoga and decided to become a certified yoga teacher. I completed my training at Alliance and have since continued my education and practice through various workshops and seminars.

As an instructor, my goal is to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for students of all levels. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, my classes are designed to challenge you both physically and mentally while honouring your individual needs and limitations. I specialize in hatha yoga, but I also incorporate elements of chair yoga and meditation to create a well-rounded practice.

In addition to teaching group classes, I also offer private sessions for those who prefer one-on-one instruction. Private sessions are tailored to your individual goals and needs and can be held in-person or virtually.

I believe that yoga is a practice of self-discovery and self-care, and I strive to create an environment that supports this journey. My hope is that you leave each class feeling more connected to your body, mind, and spirit and with a deeper sense of peace and well-being.
